About The Position

Arbor Oaks Terrace Memory Care Community in Tigard, OR is offering a salon space for rent at only $100/month for beauty services to residents. We are seeking a Licensed Hair Stylist/Beautician with a current, active cosmetology license in the State of Oregon to rent our fully equipped salon space located inside the community. The salon includes hair drying chairs, sink, mirrors, counters, and storage. Parking is free and conveniently located. The stylist will operate as an independent contractor, providing consistent weekly or bi-weekly appointments to residents based on demand.

Requirements

• Current, active cosmetology license in the State of Oregon.
• Ability to provide beauty services to residents in a healthcare facility.
• Independent contractor status.
