As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative ABA Center in Dearborn, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a structured, supportive clinical environment with strong BCBA leadership, electronic data collection tools, and a team that truly values quality care and professional growth. Salary: Up to $90,000 plus bonus

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Michigan BCBA Licensure

Responsibilities

  • Manage a clinical caseload of approximately 8–12 children (ages 2–21) diagnosed with autism
  • Conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing case supervision
  • Supervise, mentor, and support behavior technicians
  • Provide monthly parent training and guidance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child care
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation aligned with payer and agency standards
  • Utilize electronic data collection and evidence-based behavior strategies
