Merakey is seeking a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to grow their clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide meaningful behavioral support in a residential home in the greater San Diego area, helping dually diagnosed individuals (ages 12–17 or 18+) with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety) thrive in their communities. The position is 100% funded by the Regional Center, eliminating the hassle of insurance billing. BCBAs will manage a small caseload, working with one residential home, allowing for deep, meaningful clinical work. All services are provided on-site, so no travel between clients is required. The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration with clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and other experienced BCBAs to create comprehensive treatment plans. Administrative support handles scheduling and paperwork, and ongoing mentorship is provided by a local Clinical Director, PhDs, and BCBA-Ds. The schedule is primarily 8–5 with some PM/NOC supervision.
