About The Position
LifeStance Health is actively seeking talented Licensed Associate Therapists in the Bloomfield, NJ area who are dedicated to patient care and clinical excellence. The role involves delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare, working with adults and child/adolescent populations (specifically ages 5 years old and up). The company offers a supportive environment with a focus on work-life balance and professional growth. Licensed Therapists are considered a critical part of the clinical team. The practice provides supervision for LACs, eliminating the need for the associate to pay for it themselves.
Requirements
- Active NJ license as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
- Competent in diagnostics and familiar with DSM-V criteria
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
- Work closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations
- See all ages, specifically ages 5 years old and up
