Sport Clips in Lake Bluff is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who's passionate about great haircuts, and helping clients look and feel their best. As our Assistant Manager, you'll be a key part of our success-mentoring a talented team of stylists and barbers, ensuring every client leaves looking sharp, and keeping our salon running smoothly. With ongoing education and support, you'll stay ahead of the latest haircut trends and continue growing your cosmetology career. Your Tips Matter - Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket. Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
Requirements
- A valid Illinois Cosmetology or Barber License
- A passion for delivering amazing client experiences
- Strong communication and leadership skills
