About The Position
Sport Clips in Lafayette Store is Hiring Assistant Manager! Our qualified store assistant managers can start at $20 per hour! Our team members earn average of $30 - $47 per hour (including great hourly pay, tips, bonuses and commissions) We are locally owned and operated. So we are here to work with you! Do What You Love. Love What You Do. We love our stylist!! We have a stylist friendly and flexible work schedule. Your Tips Matter - Now, thanks to an industry-wide effort championed by Sport Clips, you can deduct up to $25,000 of your tips, keeping more of what you earn. We're proud to support initiatives that put more money back in your pocket. Note: The IRS still needs to provide implementation guidance. Tip income must still be reported.
Requirements
- A valid CO cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Hair Industry passion
