About The Position
Pillar To Post is proud to be the #1 home inspection company in North America. Our home inspectors are responsible to complete a concise and detailed inspection of the home including but not limited to all crawl spaces and attic areas · Convey all findings in a professional manner using proper grammar and punctuation · Communicates professionally with real estate agents and customers · Consult and make recommendations to real estate agents and customers for the various value packages and/or additional services offered by the Pillar To Post franchise business owner · Maintain accurate records of all home inspections including photos, written details about the inspection and the filing of completed inspection reports · Maintain a strong sense of time management to ensure all inspections are arrived at 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time and home inspections are completed within the allotted time frame · Establish a proactive follow up process to ensure all customers are contacted in a reasonable time frame · Participate in marketing events such as lunch and learn event, trade shows, and office visit marketing programs · Responsible for the collection of payment at the completion of the home inspection · Coordinate placement and pickup of specialized testing equipment · Responsible for all company issued equipment
