About The Position

Expert Insurance, LLC is a cutting-edge concept-become-reality in the world of auto & home insurance. This role is for a Licensed Agent who will act as a true advocate, making a difference in the lives of others, solving problems, and learning a variety of skills for professional and personal development. The company offers a stable industry environment with a positive, rewarding, and down-to-earth culture, supported by an engaged, trustworthy, and employee-focused leadership team. The schedule is Monday – Friday with one Saturday per month, for which a day off is provided during the week.

Requirements

Track record of exceeding monthly goals
Demonstrate passion, drive, empathy, and encouragement to others
Sales and customer service experience preferred but not required
Valid P & C / Personal Lines license (company will help you get licensed)

Nice To Haves

Independent agency / insurance sales experience
Bilingual, Spanish speaking

Responsibilities

Quote & sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, etc. (Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance with some of the nation’s leading insurance carriers
Establish & maintain new client relationships through prospecting, dealership referrals, events, realtors, mortgage brokers, social media, friends, and family to increase sales and earnings
Exceed daily / monthly objectives by regularly working and managing your book of business
Display high levels of integrity, professionalism, respect, and excellent customer experiences
Adhere to compliance guidelines and all state regulations
