About The Position
Position Summary: If you are personable, professional, and ethical and meet the requirements listed below, you would make a great addition to our team! We provide luxury spa services at spa parties, conventions, and four and five star hotel partner locations. All services should be rendered with professionalism and consistency; which entails, the use of a Spa Utopia Kit. The Spa Utopia Kit allows us to appeal to all 5 senses of our client; with the use of candles, aromatherapy, spa music, herbal teas and silk orchids. Licensed Professional Aesthetician Requirements – Check List: License (must have completed Professional Academic Program) Insured (Must provide proof of insurance & add Spa Utopia as an "additional insured" to policy- usually no additional cost required) Table, Steamer, Bowls, Lamp, Towels (white) White/Neutral Linens (min. set of 3) High Quality/Natural Product Line (For various skin types) Relaxation Music (min of 3 selections- Spa/Jazz/Smooth Vocals) ,Portable CD player or I pod with Speakers Professional All Black Attire: Black Slacks, Black Shirt-may be cotton, Black shoes, no sweats, jeans or scrubs Spa Utopia Paradise Kit (Candles, Aromatherapy-Essential Oil Mists, Green Tea, Silk Botanicals, Business Cards) may be purchased from Spa Utopia $55 To be able to work on an ON CALL basis. To work on an on-call basis with Spa Utopia means: To update online "Setmore" scheduling calendar weekly on Sunday by 3 pm (and daily when needed if anything changes for any reason it is the Spa Therapist/Contractors responsibility to update or change the on-line calendar) If ever having a technical problem notify Naya and HR immediately with the schedule changes. Failure to do so can cause Spa Utopia to lose client relationships that it has taken years to build. We ask that every team member honor their commitments to their schedules and calendars. 2 occurrences of being non responsive to communication from Naya Powell, Spa Utopia and/or unavailable during the time-frame of the therapist submitting themselves as “on-call “is grounds for immediate dismissal as a Spa Utopia Contractor To receive and respond to text appointments immediately (within 5-10 minutes) when on call. To provide services for clients within a 1 hour to 90 minute time frame when on call
