Requirements

Current Esthetician license.
Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

Experience in medical esthetics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Proficient in delivering a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, cryotherapy, and customized facial and body treatments.
Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and personalized consultations to determine the most effective treatment plans for each client.
Provide expert recommendations for professional skincare products and customized at-home routines to support long-term client results.
Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and detailed post-treatment care to ensure safe, effective, and lasting results.
Demonstrate the ability to accurately assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend the most appropriate, results-driven treatments.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of client treatments, progress, and relevant health information, including allergies and skin conditions.
Maintain strict cleanliness and proper sterilization of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines, safeguarding client privacy and upholding the highest professional standards.
