About The Position
NJM Insurance Group is seeking passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our Contact Center as Licensed Account Representatives. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of $48,642.10, with the potential for an annual bonus incentive worth up to 7.5% of your first year's base salary. As a member of our award-winning team, you will receive comprehensive paid training to prepare you for a successful career in personal lines insurance. Our Contact Center has been recognized by J.D. Power for providing exceptional service to personal lines customers for six consecutive years, and we are committed to maintaining this high standard of service. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by consulting and counseling customers on NJM's products through inbound calls. You will assist customers in setting up new policies, completing policy transactions, and addressing general coverage and billing questions. Your ability to provide tailored coverage options that meet individual customer needs will be essential in this position. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate effective time management skills to achieve performance goals and targets while providing accurate and independent responses to inquiries related to personal lines insurance. The position offers a hybrid work schedule once training is completed, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work.
