About The Position
NJM Insurance Group is seeking passionate customer service professionals to join our Contact Center as Licensed Account Representatives. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to provide exceptional service to our personal lines customers. As a member of our award-winning team, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for a successful career in personal lines insurance. Our Contact Center has been recognized for its outstanding service, having received certification from J.D. Power for six consecutive years. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation by assisting policyholders with setting up new policies, completing transactions, and addressing general coverage and billing inquiries. The role offers a competitive starting salary of $48,642, with the potential for higher earnings based on experience and credentials. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus incentive of up to 7.5% of your first year's base salary. Once training is completed, you will benefit from a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
