About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed 4-40 Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Sun City Center. In this role, you will manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and handle updates or signatures needed from customers as alerted by insurance carriers. You will also have opportunities to cross-sell plans to current customers (no cold calling). The ideal candidate will have experience with DocuSign/e-signature platforms and excellent customer service skills.
