About The Position

Easterseals Western and Central Pennsylvania is a non-profit organization providing programs and services to individuals with disabilities and other special needs. We are looking to hire a Photo License Technician to work at our Downtown location. Due to contract requirements, Easterseals must hire individuals with disabilities or other special needs to work in our openings. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Previous experience in dealing with the public preferred, such as retail or public service. Must be 18 years of age or older. Acceptable Criminal Record Check required. Acceptable FBI Clearance required. Documentation of Disability will be required if position is offered. JOB SUMMARY As the License Technician, the employee is responsible for providing efficient, courteous customer service to properly identified persons who appear with a camera card for a driver's license or identification card. The License Technician is responsible for photographing the person, issuing a photo card, and recording the transaction as required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Previous experience in dealing with the public preferred, such as retail or public service.

Responsibilities

Ensure the security of the Photo Center and its contents including but not limited to: overlay, cards, and cancelled photo card.
Process customers in a pleasant, professional, efficient manner.
Assure daily operation of the Photo License Center.
