About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is seeking a License Owner / Operator to launch and manage its brand in Amsterdam. This role is designed for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football who wish to run, grow, and own their own venture, making football more accessible in their city. As the License Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding Stranger Soccer operations, overseeing daily activities, and cultivating a strong, engaged football community. This opportunity offers hands-on ownership, performance-driven engagement, and the chance to make a significant impact locally, supported by the headquarters team in Singapore with technology, a proven operating model, and ongoing guidance.
Requirements
- Passionate about football with strong local insight

- Comfortable taking ownership and driving measurable results
- Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar areas
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Amsterdam
- Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
- Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
- Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
- Continuously improve and scale operations
