About The Position
Heritage Home Healthcare is opening a temporary PRN position for a License Medical Social Worker to support compliance readiness, administrative tasks, and on-call needs as they arise.
Requirements
- Active LMSW license
- Reliable communication and responsiveness
- Ability to support compliance and documentation processes
- Positive and professional representation of the agency
Responsibilities
- Remain available on a PRN basis for compliance support
- Assist with survey readiness tasks (training, documentation checks, policy updates)
- Support administrative or operational needs that arise during licensing renewal
- Participate in briefings or check-ins as requested by management
