License Management Lead

Sprezzatura Management ConsultingArlington, VA

About The Position

We are seeking a License Management Lead to join our team supporting the OMEGA Product Lifecycle team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of enterprise software licensing in direct support of the Department of Veterans Affairs mission to serve Veterans. You will drive cost optimization, compliance, and strategic alignment across SaaS and PaaS platforms, ensuring licensing decisions enable secure, scalable, and mission-aligned technology delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about government modernization, financial stewardship, and operational excellence within a complex federal environment. Operating at the intersection of contract management, financial planning, and technical architecture, this role ensures enterprise licensing is managed as a strategic capability rather than an administrative function. You will align licensing models to system design and usage, eliminate waste, and enable data-driven decisions that improve budget forecasting, audit readiness, and platform scalability. You will also serve as a key integrator across product, engineering, contracting, and finance teams to ensure licensing strategies are proactive, compliant, and optimized.
