About The Position

RDE Capital Group, LLC, a leading commercial real estate broker in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Heating & Cooling licensed “A” contractor to join our maintenance service team. The selected candidate specializes in air conditioning installation and service for both residential and commercial.

Requirements

• Certified HVAC License A
• High school or equivalent
• Commercial HVAC experience
• Clear and valid driver's license
• EPA Certification a plus
• Texas HVAC Technician Registration a plus
• HVAC Trade School degree and OSHA 10 Hour training
• Back Flow License a plus
• IMPORTANT: While serving as the Qualifying Party for the Company, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, own, operate, manage, consult for, or hold a license for any other air conditioning, refrigeration, or mechanical contracting business, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Company.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification (EPA Universal or Type II).
• Experience overseeing maintenance operations for 500+ units .
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Texas Property Code repair timelines and habitability rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, safety control verification, heat exchanger inspections, and documentation of operating parameters.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including thermostats, switches, and related mechanical or electrical components.
• Assist with the installation, modification, relocation, and expansion of HVAC systems by connecting motors, compressors, and temperature and humidity controls according to wiring schematics.
• Receive, manage, and complete work orders while accurately recording labor, materials, and refrigerant usage through electronic systems or handheld devices in compliance with federal regulations.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and that work areas are left clean and orderly.
• Maintain company-owned tools, equipment, and inventory, and respond to emergency service calls as required.
