ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The development, implementation, and evaluation of an integrated treatment approach for youth and families enrolled in services. Follow-up on referrals to the Safe Family Services program and engage youth and families in services. Maintain clinical files with accurate and timely records. Document all contacts with each parent and youth in accordance with SDYS documentation standards. Support Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) with developing skills and life plans that will support independence and successful permanent housing placement free from abuse. Conduct outreach to youth and community organizations. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Must be willing to provide transportation and community-based services. Assist in maintaining and developing group curriculum and facilitate group psychotherapy. Other related duties as assigned.
