The LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) works under the direction of the House Supervisors and RN Nurse Manager. This position involves reporting directly to the primary nurse regarding day-to-day job expectations, duties, and accountability. The LNA assists RN/LPN in providing safe delivery of age-specific and effective patient care. The role may involve working on the Medical/Surgical floor or in the Emergency Department, as well as assisting in other areas as assigned. It is important to note that the LNA will only perform tasks that are specific to their role.
