About The Position

Requirements

• Basic proficiency of Excel or similar application.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and the community.
• Participate in day-to-day operations of the User Services department.
• Circulate library materials and equipment, process renewals and requests, and ensure patron privacy and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Provide general computer and equipment support and basic software assistance.
• Support and promote library services.
• Responsible for opening the University Library.
• Assist in the management of library material requests and oversee workflows for shipping materials.
