About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with integrated library systems and cataloging functions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HSLIC's course reserves for HSC academic programs.
• Create mechanisms or follow procedures to gather and collect usage statistics for library eresources.
• Analyze and prepare comprehensive reports on library eresource usage, including detailed statistics.
• Participate in and/or lead shelf management and special projects, developing project plans and operational procedures.
• Perform administrative duties for electronic journals and databases, including invoice tracking and title management.
• Assist with renewal processes as directed by the Resource Management Librarian.
• Oversee electronic ordering processes and assist with library catalog entries.
• Communicate with publishers and library vendors as needed.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for library operations.
• Troubleshoot technical or linking issues with library resources.
• Update messaging for online tools that support resource discovery and access.
