About The Position
Phoenix Public Library (PPL) serves a diverse multiethnic clientele of over 4.8 million people, with a central library, and 16 branches. Phoenix Public Library is looking to fill multiple Part Time and Full Time Library Page vacancies. A Library Page primarily performs manual and clerical duties in a library facility. They are responsible for shelving library materials in either alphabetical or numerical order, replacing misplaced items, locating requested items, and unpacking/packing boxes of library materials. They may perform other clerical tasks such as filing, discarding items from the computer database, and keeping statistics. Immediate supervision is received from a library clerical supervisor or a Librarian. The Library Department currently has multiple full-time and part-time vacancies throughout the Phoenix area.
