Responsibilities
- Assist with e-resource access testing and systems troubleshooting
- Support collection management workflows and technical services operations
- Monitor and report library systems issues, escalating as needed
- Provide circulation desk coverage, including patron check-in/check-out and account assistance
- Contribute to ongoing collection maintenance and organization projects
