About The Position
Are you passionate about customer service and looking to make a positive impact in your community this summer? Join our team as a Part-Time Library Circulation Attendant! We are seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to assist with clerical and customer service duties at the circulation desk. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with the public and helping others access library services, all while contributing to the community's access to a cooling center during the summer months. The heat relief program runs from May 1st through September 30th. Part-time opportunities are available at the Cholla, Harmon, and Yucca libraries. Work hours are 4:15 p.m. - 10:15 p.m., five days a week, including weekends and holidays. This position plays an essential role in extending library hours and offering the community a valuable resource during the summer months.
