About The Position

This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality cataloging standards, ensuring library collections are accessible and user-friendly. This position is responsible for cataloging, processing materials, database maintenance, digital curation, marketing library resources, and reporting on collection trends. Additionally, the Cataloging Specialist will provide support at the library service desk as needed and serve as a liaison to various consortium committees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of relevant library work experience required
• Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities may be considered
