Students may engage in various roles such as clerical support, data entry, customer service, event coordination, lab assistance, tutoring, or food service. These positions are carefully curated to build foundational workplace competencies—including communication, organization, adaptability, discretion, and technical proficiency. Beyond financial rewards, Work-Study fosters mentorship, networking, and career readiness. Ultimately, the program aims to boost students’ confidence, strengthen essential professional skills, expand their networks, and enrich their overall collegiate experience.
