About The Position
The Library Associate at the Needles Branch of the San Bernardino County Library System is responsible for overseeing and supervising the branch library and its staff. This role involves evaluating services, conducting staff meetings, and establishing work schedules. The Library Associate will also assess community needs and plan outreach programs to enhance library usage. Additional responsibilities include instructing patrons on online resources, providing readers advisory services, and managing the library collection.
