Responsibilities

  • Check Emails Weekly for the two-library nonprofit organizations to ensure timely communication and address any urgent matters or requests.
  • Process and Record Bills for expenses related to the two-library nonprofit organizations to maintain accurate financial records, aiding in budget management and financial transparency.
  • Obtain Reports on Technology Circulation and Usage to provide insights into technology trends and inform future purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare Literacy Materials for library board members, providing them with the necessary information to facilitate informed discussions and decision-making regarding library policies.
  • Convert physical documents into digital formats for easier access and storage, improving document management and enhancing accessibility for staff and patrons.
  • Support the data collection and formatting of the Library Director's Monthly Report for presentation, providing a concise and informative report that reflects library activities and performance.
  • Contribute to planning and organizing fundraising events and campaigns, enhancing fundraising efforts, and supporting the financial sustainability of nonprofit organizations.
  • Draft meeting agendas and accurately record meeting minutes for nonprofit boards, ensuring proper documentation of discussions and decisions for accountability and reference.
  • Help organize logistics and promote the Bi-Monthly Meet the Artist Event. Foster community engagement and enhance the library's cultural programming through successful community engagement events.
