Package Liaison – Provo, UT (Part Time) Availability: Weekends or Wednesday and Friday evenings Luxer One is looking for a professional, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings in the Provo, UT area. Come join our growing team! This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Provo, UT area. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours), but this role is also part of a new, expanding service program – with opportunities for growth as the program expands.

Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit
Organize packages within our rooms, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
Identify aging/stale packages in the system and prepare them to be returned to sender
Serve as a primary liaison between the property, carriers, residents and the package management provider support team
Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system

Professional and Interpersonal. You will be working in upscale apartment buildings and will be expected to establish positive, friendly rapport with property staff, residents and couriers.
Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro) Ideally, the candidate would live in or near the city of Provo, UT.
Tech-savvy, familiar with Apple products and comfortable writing emails (you will be using our digital package management software and Gmail)
Organizational and independent problem-solving skills
Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
Ability to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs)
At least 18 years old.
