Luxer One is looking for a professional, personable, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management service to a luxury apartment building in the Menlo Park area. Come join our growing team! This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in Menlo Park. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties. What You’ll Do: Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender Email Correspondence with on-site residents and property staff Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system This is a part-time role (16 hours max), but this role is also part of a new, expanding service program – with opportunities for growth as the program expands.
