About The Position

Luxer One is looking for a professional, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management services to a luxury apartment building in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. The service rep will visit their assigned property 3 days a week, and perform various duties. This role has the potential to grow and add more hours as locations come onboard.

Requirements

• Professional and personable demeanor
• Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro)
• Comfortable using technology (digital package management system)
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in varying temperatures
• Comfortable with moving and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky
• At least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
• Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit
• Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
• Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
• Serve as a primary liaison between property staff, couriers, and the Luxer One support team
• Perform lightweight maintenance or troubleshoot on the locker/package room management system
