About The Position

The Customer Liaison position includes being a connection between AIM Systems and the customer's production facility and resolving or preventing issues before, or as they arise. This job is key for the success of AIM's business, so the following objectives should be accomplished to the highest feasible standards to avoid official claims from the customer through preventive actions as well as corrective ones. The position requires establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction, providing support for quality and logistics issues, and building rapport with customers at the plant level. The role also involves immediate response to problems at the OEM's facility, continuous feedback to AIM, participation in customer meetings, and conducting audits to assist with root cause analysis.
