The Liaison Clinician will thoroughly and accurately complete pre-admission screens utilizing critical judgement in accordance with the established fields accept criteria. The Liaison Clinician is the hospital's representative to the patient, referring institutions and agencies, physicians, and family members.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Social Worker or Therapist (physical, occupational, respiratory) with current licensure in New Hampshire or Massachusetts and appropriate experience in clinical evaluation and assessment of rehab patients will be considered.
  • Three years of acute medical surgical experience.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record as defined by Hospital Insurance company.
  • Able to multi-task with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Computer skills required, and knowledge of electronic products preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Critical care, rehabilitation, insurance and marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic products preferred.
