About The Position

Our Advanced Clearing and Prime Services division has an immediate need for a Liaison who will be responsible for maintaining relationships between Wedbush Securities Inc. and the broker-dealer clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 2+ years of brokerage and/or trading desk experience preferred
  • Series 7 license preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, and project management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with creative and effective problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office with the ability to build complex Excel spreadsheets and analyze data
  • Basic understanding of FIX language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with broker-dealer clients
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients and accounts
  • Guide clients through system configuration, documentation, and compliance processes
  • Set up secure client log-in credentials and access
  • Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to correspondent clients
  • Draft, edit, and distribute memos, letters, and reports to ensure clear communication
  • Answer and direct calls while serving as a reliable information resource
  • Act as a proactive liaison and problem-solver for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements and document internal processes and procedures
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
