About The Position
This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely. We are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our team as a Property Damage Claims Adjuster. A career as a Property Damage Claims Adjuster will allow you to: Investigate, estimate, negotiate, and settle third-party property damage claims alongside a team of experienced adjusters. Participate in a training program, which includes on-the-job training, one-on-one mentoring, class time, self-study, and testing. We are looking for candidates who have: Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Success working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of auto repair terminology and the ability to read and evaluate repair estimates, NADA value guides, and other repair-related materials is a plus but not necessary. We will train!
Requirements
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Success working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency.
- Above-average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varying claim volume.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of auto repair terminology and the ability to read and evaluate repair estimates, NADA value guides, and other repair-related materials is a plus but not necessary.
