The Litigation Claim Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management of litigated claims on a dedicated client account. Reporting to the Litigation Manager, this role focuses on handling property damage, small claims court matters, and moderate bodily injury claims while partnering closely with the client’s Risk Department, internal legal teams, and outside defense counsel. This is a true litigation handling role requiring sound judgment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage complex files while maintaining cost control and compliance.
