The Liability Claims Manager is responsible for leading process design, driving system and workflow improvements, and providing ongoing support and training for the Liability Claims team. This role oversees the team’s handling of claim activity to ensure efficient processes and optimal outcomes. Success in this position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to embody our corporate culture and deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, 5-7 years of liability claims experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
