About The Position
As a Liability Adjuster, you’ll manage a caseload of low-complexity claims while building your skills as an auto claims adjuster. We expect Entry-Level Claims Adjusters to learn quickly and be on a 'fast-track' to grow within the business. Our goal is to leverage technology, data, and a team of highly talented people to build a claims experience that is recognized as number 1 in the industry. You will have role-specific training with Root and self-study before completing an adjuster licensing exam (paid for by Root). Root is a 'work where it works best' company. This means we will support you working in whatever location that works best for you across the US. As part of Root's interview process, we kindly ask that all candidates be on camera for virtual interviews. This helps us create a more personal and engaging experience for both you and our interviewers. Being on camera is a standard requirement for our process and part of how we assess fit and communication style, so we do require it to move forward with any applicant's candidacy.
