Requirements

  • 3 years of functional HR experience across core HR areas (e.g., employee relations, onboarding, compliance, engagement).
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance practices required.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required).
  • Previous experience with HRIS systems; Workday experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English, Spanish and/or Creole is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for your assigned functional division, supporting team members and leaders across multiple HR disciplines.
  • Collaborate with the centralized shared services teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support division objectives.
  • Lead team member relations efforts, investigating concerns, resolving conflicts, and advising on policies and best practices.
  • Champion team member engagement initiatives, working closely with leadership to implement programs that promote a positive employee experience and high morale.
  • Guide managers through performance management processes including coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and positive team member life-cycle experience.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies; serve as a resource on HR policy interpretation.
  • Provide insights and reporting to leadership on key HR metrics including turnover, engagement, and workforce trends.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage administrative HR duties as needed.
