About The Position

Tundraland, a subsidiary of Leaf Home, is actively seeking skilled bath and shower installers to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a proven track record of superior workmanship in bathroom remodeling. At Tundraland, we prioritize providing our installers with steady, full-time work, eliminating the need for chasing leads or bidding for jobs. Our installers can expect to work 5 or more days a week, ensuring a consistent and lucrative income. We currently have work available immediately, focusing on tub to shower conversions with acrylic or onyx walls, typically completed within one to two days as we specialize in wet area installations rather than full bath remodels. We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of experience in bathroom remodeling, specifically in removing old tubs down to the studs and reinstalling walk-in showers or jacuzzi tubs. Basic electrical experience is preferred. Installers must have access to a box truck, cargo van, or full-size pickup, with an enclosed trailer for pickups being a plus. Additionally, candidates must have current general liability and workers' compensation insurance, which we can assist in obtaining.
