About The Position
The YWCA Clark County is seeking a full-time employee to support its mission of social justice and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. This role includes a unique 4-day, 32-hour work week with an additional 8 hours of Company Sponsored Time to promote work-life balance while maintaining a full-time salary. The position requires a commitment to the organization's core values and responsibilities that align with the 1% for Social Change initiative. The employee will provide leadership, direct services, and program support, ensuring that the YWCA's commitment to racial and gender justice is embedded in all operations.
