About The Position
As an MarketSource/LG Home Entertainment Trainer, your role is to equip our new and existing employees, the client and its' customers with the requisite knowledge, skills, techniques, and motivation to perform at the highest level. Our Trainer is a teacher and must be able to lead groups virtually and in person, develop training materials for both internal teams and the client and collaborate closely with business leaders to assess training needs of the program. This position requires 75% travel throughout the U.S. Candidate must reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport.
