Job Description: The Fulfillment Supervisor leads and motivates fulfillment associates while ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role is hands-on and accountable for daily fulfillment execution, productivity, quality, and safety within dōTERRA’s Fulfillment Center.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supervising fulfillment or distribution operations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience operating or overseeing powered industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.).
  • Experience training, coaching, and developing hourly associates.
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, order accuracy, safety, and productivity metrics.
  • Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Natural sense of urgency with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
  • Continuous improvement mentality with a bias toward action.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with consistent punctuality.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of College Degree.
  • Experience with warehouse automation systems.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with supply chain management.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certified.
  • Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise fulfillment associates and daily outbound operations.
  • Lead by example through “managing by walking around” and working side-by-side with associates.
  • Manage, evaluate, and report on fulfillment productivity, quality, and labor efficiency.
  • Make personnel decisions including hiring, training, coaching, and corrective action.
  • Motivate team members to stay engaged, meet goals, and improve performance.
  • Ensure fulfillment processes support on-time shipment and order accuracy.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce safety procedures within the fulfillment area.
  • Delegate work, set clear expectations, and hold associates accountable to deadlines.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S principles to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase throughput.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support strategic process and system decisions.
  • Coordinate picking, packing, staging, and shipping activities to meet volume demands.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and required documentation.
  • Partner with Inventory, Inbound, Shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth product flow.
  • Perform daily area walks to verify cleanliness, organization, safety, and readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Promote department goals and company initiatives with urgency and ownership.
  • Act as an ambassador of dōTERRA culture and leadership expectations.
  • Verify outbound orders, documentation, and shipments for accuracy and completeness.
