About The Position
Levitate Flannel Jam is excited to welcome both returning and new crew members to join our operations team for our beloved flannel-themed event this fall. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant and energetic environment, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the event runs smoothly. The operations crew is looking to fill a limited number of positions across various roles, each contributing to the overall success of the event. Whether you are greeting attendees in the parking lot, scanning tickets at the front gate, or working closely with artists as an artist liaison, your role will be essential in creating a memorable experience for all participants. Each crew member will receive a wristband, allowing you to enjoy the festivities while you work. Pay for these positions ranges from $16 to $30 an hour, with options for both half-day and full-day shifts available. As a member of the operations team, you will be expected to be a productive and engaged team player. Responsibilities will vary depending on your specific role, but all positions require a commitment to accomplishing assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Effective communication with teammates, coworkers, and event management is vital to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the event runs without a hitch. During downtime, you may also be asked to assist others with their tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
