About The Position
The position involves planning, coordinating, and executing securities and loan transactions, specifically in high yield bonds, leveraged loans, and preferred equity placements. The role requires leading deal teams through various financial processes including corporate refinancings, debt raises, dividend recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and acquisition financings. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple live deal processes, focusing on data analysis, comparables analysis, and strategic planning. Additionally, the role includes conducting and presenting technical analysis and modeling on credit-specific financials and capital markets themes, as well as handling legal workstreams related to negotiations and agreements. The candidate will also lead the due diligence process across various domains and manage junior team members.
