The IT Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of IT systems, allowing end users to efficiently complete business tasks. This role involves responding to support requests promptly, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, and ensuring user satisfaction. The technician must possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to multitask while working with colleagues across different departments, executive levels, and customers. The Level III Technician also collaborates with the sales team to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including conducting discovery meetings, site surveys, and technical assessments, as well as assisting with proposals, presentations, and implementation.
