About The Position

The Level III Staff RN in Palm Desert, California, is responsible for providing professional nursing care in the oncology department. Requirements

• Registered Nurse License (California).
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification OR Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Lead the healthcare team, delegating tasks appropriately and demonstrating accountability.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care, ensuring they reflect multidisciplinary planning and patient needs.
