About The Position
The Level III Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned buildings and areas, responding to maintenance issues and emergencies, assisting in the setup and tear down of building activities and events, and completing minor maintenance repairs. The custodian will also report any maintenance issues or major repairs to the maintenance supervisor, perform all assigned duties adequately, assist with the unloading and inventory check of deliveries, oversee the inventory of custodial equipment, and participate in health and safety trainings. Compliance with all District policies and procedures is required, and the custodian may perform other functions as assigned.
