We are currently seeking self-motivated, experienced Fleet Technicians for our Houston and San Antonio shops.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of experience as a vehicle/auto technician
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair and/or maintenance
  • Must hold a valid TX driver's license
  • Must have proof of good driving history with no major incidents within the last 5 years

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in electrical troubleshooting and ability to read schematics is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain gasoline and diesel engines used to power equipment such as portable saws, lawnmowers, weed eaters, blowers, and trimmers.
  • Adjust points, valves, carburetors, distributors, and spark plug gaps, using feeler gauges.
  • Reassemble engines after repair or maintenance work is complete.
  • Record repairs made, time spent, and parts used.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and greasing parts, and tuning ignition systems.
  • Must be able to work externally in a variety of different conditions
  • Answer service calls promptly
